I'm so tired of this 12 day woe. It is the 2nd 12 day 2 day off routine and I'm OFF. I'm going to try dr kellyann bone broth routine and see how that goes. & maybe incorporate my protein bars when I can't make a meal. Tomorrow I'll be on duty where there are snacks provided that are tempting and kind of junk food so I'll bring my protein bars and munch on that instead.
