I seem to be at a weight where it is very hard to lose any weight. I confess, I haven't eaten all the right foods, but that's what I do when I am depressed. I have been depressed because of my weight, I wanted to be 150 by now.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

that's a slippery slope... want to lose weight, but eating about not losing the weight you want to lose. when you're ready, you'll be ready. just know that it's not the weight you're at that's getting in your way, it's you getting in your way.

You have to be in the right place mentally to lose weight. Find ways to motivate yourself and get in a good place. Don't focus on the long term, do 5 pounds at a time. Get some fitness magazines and read them for motivation and knowledge. Buy a new workout outfit. Join a new exercise class. Start walking or running. Eating right and exercise helps to fight depression. If you eat healthy and exercise, you will feel good. The better you look and feel the more you want to keep doing it and get results. So dig your heals in and get started. Good luck!
