Just remember not to drop all your sodium. Today I had very bad cramps in my toes on my left foot,and I had no idea what was going on but then I remembered reading on here that cramps can be helped by eating a dill pickle. well I stumbled to the fridge and drank some, and sure enough it worked. Cramps went away.
