It's going to be another hot day so I got out early and walked the 2 mile nature trail near my house. It felt a lot smoother than it did on Tuesday when I walked it. I am hopeful my injuries are just about healed. Tomorrow is going to be even warmer so I will need to get out even earlier. I'm hoping to talk the hubby into a breakfast bike ride. Our dog has her own special bike dog basket so she can join us.
