It’s REALLY hard for me to diet during 4th of July holiday because cookout foods are the best foods and I can’t restrain myself from eating it all!

Cut calories ahead of time to prep for the day, Eat it all in moderation, and cut on the back end to make up for it. A small cut for a few days before and after and a moderate indulgence you will even out for the week. You can have the cake and eat it.

Great suggestions, thank you. Going to 3 separate cookouts is my biggest struggle this far lol.
