I haven't weight myself for more than 2 weeks now. And I don't intend to do it. I'm gonna weight myself every month. I have this issue that, everytime I move forward on something, I fall into a comfort zone and I just CAN'T get out of it. So, if I see that I'm doing great in 1 or 2 weeks, I might let myself go. So, I'm going to wait until next month and see how I did. This way, I will also see "bigger" results, I hope. And since I'm not sure that I've lost any weight during this period, I will not let my guard down so easily, I will focus on the goal for this month.
I THINK I've lost some grams, a pair of pants that were starting to feel tight are feeling a bit better now, so I THINK I'm losing something. We'll see the first Wednesday of August.
