Woke at 228.4, down 1.2 from yesterday. Going in to work today with an event after. But they actually have salad at that work salad bar, too, so FMD is still on track. UPDATE: I ate a little too much and drank four glasses of red wine tonight after hosting my event. Came home at 229.7. Let's see what the morning brings. I logged 8600 steps today.
