did gluten free for 5 weeks. had some pluses but zero weight loss. felt to hard to count and worry about gluten. I am going to work on bring strict on calories for a bit and still eat less gluten but not worry as much. anybody on her with chronic stomach issues and constipation that have tips that have helped them?

I've known dairy to poorly affect people's GI tracks. If you're having a problem with constipation,it would be a good idea to up your fiber intake. Foods like apples, beans, chias seed, etc. all have lots of fiber.

I eat lots of fiber. It helps.

I am working on that. I was taking metamucil and it did help but also caused bloating so it isn't used as often. Thanks!
