Feeling bad - I just wanted to share my weight loss journey with my family, so after dinner which I made, I recounted the calories, carbs, etc. that I had consumed to my husband, father-in-law, and mother-in-law - just for the added support, but a half-second after I shared my progress - mother-in-law abruptly says, "Now what were we talking about before we got interrupted?" and then she laughs. They had been talking politics - which I am SICK of hearing. Anyhow - just wanted to dump this - maybe I'll feel better after sharing it.
