Not having a fasted meltdown like yesterday….I’ve noticed no 2 fasts are the same…regardless of the length…
My whoop says I’m recovered from yesterdays ride of 6.6 miles up a 341 ft hill…doing a 47 min ride in zwift….it doesn’t know my right knee is puffy…that if I ride today it will be day 6…this week…only 39 miles..nut 1541 in elevation….hills make you stronger…even though..when your going up..you keep looking for the top…lol…
Plan to ride in couple of hours…might be a flatter road..just to get a workout in…
As for fasting….another hour be hitting day 3…I’ve noticed this fast..weight isn’t dropping as much…guess my body is testing me…yesterday..it may have won..today….new day…new focus…
☕️ was good…started adding salt to it…thinking even though I use electrolytes in my water….what the heck….
Was suppose to rain today..guess someone needed it worse…looking like 90s…and humid ..be closing the window shortly….I remember when summer was a time to open the windows and enjoy the fresh air…now…it’s enjoy it after sun goes down…and close the window…at about 8-9 am…to keep the room bearable..I better change the subject before I get started on the weather….lol…
