I quit all weight loss efforts for a bit. Funny -- I didn't gain weight. But I didn't lose any. I just got a sloppy, lumpy look to my body.
I decided to reassess calories/macros. I started by tracking EVERYTHING honestly. I thought I was doing great. Holy Moly ... apparently I eat A LOT more than I give myself credit for.
I'm a month away from turning 40, so I've missed my opportunity to be my goal weight of 145 by my birthday. But whatever. I'm doing my best to enjoy life, regardless of ... well ... everything. :)
