Not as ideal as I hoped yesterday. I made parmesean chicken with squash, zuchini, 3 mushrooms, 1/2 orange pepper, a baby bok choy, then over cauliflower rice with sundried tomatoes. So tasty. I have put 3 servings in containers for next three days. 2 small tenders in each with veges. I was sooo full. I later had yogurt no sugar and an apple early in the morning. I had vingar cucumbers in the evening watching a movie. Late at night I was starving and at a little of of chichen and some veges and put the chicken in a low carb mini wrap to add 7 grams of fiber. Drank some mango leave tea in afternoon and green tea before bed as it helps me sleep. Had too many dark chocolate almonds in the evening also. Miracle scale went down today. I also take collagen (I think it helps to fill full a little more until next meal) and to try to help my hair, skin, and nails.
