Thank you. I watched both. I need to keep including vegetables with my meals. The meat, fish, and eggs I eat are very high quality, so that's good. Lately, I find myself craving salads, so need to start adding those in.

Cortisol from stress will raise your insulin and create cravings for glucose. Should you find yourself in a place where looking at your comment section stresses you out, delete the offending comments. This particular person flames lots of comment sections. They have been reported to FS multiple times and FS only took action after they blatantly attacked a person's affectional preference. I figured they would start harrassing you at some point. The best response is to delete their comments and all comments referencing them.

Cindy, from the bottom of my heart thank you. I mean that sincerely. I have had a brutal day. I am tired. Overworked. Things not working out as planned. I found myself sitting in a hotel room feeling sorry for myself. Then I come out here and come across just about any thread you jump into and suddenly my life seems perfect. Really think about the value you bring to everyone out here. No matter how badly things are going for any of us we can all say the same thing. At least my life isn’t as bad as Cindy’s. What a miserable excuse of a human being. So narrow minded and opinionated. A person who came out here crying about being forced to diet. Crying about everything under the sun. So many people supported you but you can’t find it in your heart to support anyone. So thank you for showing me how good my life really is.

Zenus, honor the efforts it have taken you to lose 17lbs and maintain this loss!! THAT is inspiring! I know first hand what its like to be over 200lbs. If you feel that low carb and fasting works for you, go for it. If you wanna learn from Berg, and Jason Fung, go for it. This is your journey. Cindy is crabby and needs a nap. Personally, my binge eating disorder led me to no diet/eat and record until i was ready to change up how i was eating. However, i used to watch videos from many sources, including the people you listed.
