So, I was sitting in the luchroom enjoying my lunch until a few people came in with bags from Topps Diner (Bestest Diner in NJ) and I looked at my food and groaned while I looked down at my food.
I just finished my lunch (1 piece grilled chicken, 150g sweet potatoes, and a 1/2 cup of blueberries) and I have to admit, I am still starving. My snack (an apple) isn't until 4:00 and I'm trying to fight the urge to look at the company's vending machine.
It's not easy, but I'm going to try! It helps me a little to write how I'm feeling and others understand where I'm coming from.

Kick up your lunch. Think outside the box. Google "outside the box" lunches. People are visual, and if you make your lunch more appealing, it becomes more satisfying. Also get some good fats in your diet. They help with fat loss and control appetite. Not sure what kind of diet you are doing, but there are lot's of ways to "spice" up lunch.

Thanks Suzi161! I will try to find something more appealing. I was suppose to have carrot also but I ran out and figured "hey less is better right"? I'm following a diet that was supposedly tailored for me but it's hard to enjoy the food and choices I have.

I'd say also, if carrot is on your menu, eat the carrot! There's not a lot of calories in a carrot, but it does fill you up, and stops you feeling hungry and wanting more fattening food.
