Breaking my 19.5 hour "fast". The coleslaw only has mayo, apple cider vinager, onion & garlic powder, sea salt, & pepper. Couldn't find any fish with the skin on, but i did cook it in grass-fed butter.

It's funny how we really feel satisfied eating real food, when we could eat the same volume of certain processed foods and want more.
