I had hoped for a slightly bigger loss, but then again I did eat a lot of salt yesterday. I'm not feeling well and a cup o' noodles was all I could muster up for supper. Its my birthday tomorrow! I don't anticipate going to far off my diet as I am just going to lunch with my parents and therefore should be able to make healthy choices. Wow...33 years old. Crazy! P.S. 1st date with the fitness manager tonight..
