I’ve been making poor choices for the last 24 hours. I’m hoping I can do better today. Won’t be able to go outside for a walk because there is an air advisory, but hopefully I can get a workout in and feel better with that. My goal today is to make better choices, but loosely track everything. Trying to build the mindset that indulging in a cheat meal or cheat food is ok and doesn’t mean the rest of the day should just be a wash.
