Looks like 179 is a good weight for me. After losing 35 lbs, shaping up now with lots of weight training. Down to 11.5% body fat. Getting to 10% is so challenging! Ready for my 3hr tris, bis and shoulders blaster day! Bout to kill 1000 calories. Let’s go!
