I've been listening ALOT to Dr. Jason Fung and Dr. Pradip Jamnadas on YouTube. I did two 48 hour fasts last week & two 18 hour fasts. I just finished a 51 hour fast last night. All combined with healthy keto. I was shooting for 72 hours, but I let main stream dietary advice get into my head & got scared that I might die in my sleep...lol...smh. I'm not going to beat myself up too bad though, because I know alot of autrophagy occurred. I just really wanted to get more new stem cell production going. Anyway...I will eat healthy keto when hungry today, and back to fasting tomorrow.
