Small journal update, then back to work. Today was another lower body day and I've pushed my squat to 390 in sets of 10 and deadlift to 255 in sets of 10. I only managed 8 in the second set so I'm pretty sure that is about the peak point. I'm not even going to try to calculate a max, but my legs feel like jelly so I'm unlikely to move from those points for some time (or get up from this desk and walk around, for that matter...).

Hopefully I'm recovered enough to take the dog for a run tonight. ;)

Not having used weight lifting for much other than muscle tone, and even only on a limited basis, it isn't easy for me to understand those numbers but you seem to be extremely disciplined and your chart clearly reflects it. Keep up the great work wintersmith!
