I haven't lost any weight and it my own fault. The combination of stress, bad eating habits, and lack of exercise is to blame.
I'm learning not to beat myself up but to press on & go on. Tommorrow is always a new day to start again. Who knows I might just lose a pond by my next enyry.

Here's to high hopes cheers
