Redporch, thank you! I looked at your workouts and tried to do the same as I feel like we are in similar places workout wise. I couldn't do that heavy of a kettlebell. You are looking so strong! I enjoy seeing you succeed!❤️👍

Thanks Diana and I think we are too as far as our workouts. After being sick I was on a 22# kettlebell but slowly worked back up. Now if I could do that on my bench press. But that is ok and we have to remember that! We are moving and getting stronger and that is what matters. I really like the fact that this is something we can do and keep doing even if sometimes we have limitations. We just have to keep inspiring each other to keep doing better.

Did you guys see joenotexotics post today about muscle density and aging? Was awesome! You will be the 35 year old muscle! Glad to see you are getting better and better. That illness really knocked you for a loop and was scary.

YOH, Lol😂 I am so happy to be able to workout again. I did a home workout today. 40 min bicep/triceps and 10 min abs. I am getting blood work today to see if something shows on there and to get a covid antibody test. Next is Pulmonologist but still waiting for referral.💜

Diana - Do you ever use a stability ball? I have one but only use it for hip extensions with a curl. Just wondering if there is anything else beneficial.

Red porch, I have used stability balls at the gym. I do crunches, hip thrusters, glute bridges, wall squats, and when my trainer was on her plank trip we did plank tucks, and jackknife planks. They were hard!

Rpl we use a stability ball for a lot of ab stuff. Today was an obliques workout with ball and throwing ball to her. Balancing was fun!
