Happy Monday FS fam!
I'm so happy the air quality was better over the weekend. I almost cancelled my trip to Fire Island because of it. Fortunately, I took the chance, and it cleared up by Friday afternoon. It was a great yoga & meditation weekend at the cabin. We did yoga in the morning to start our day and an evening yoga and meditation to get ready for bed.
I didn’t log my food very well over the weekend. It's so hard to do when you pick a little bit of this and that at happy hour, dinner, and breakfast. All our meals were buffet style so I logged what I could remember. Now that I'm back home I can log everything easily since I food prep and eat basically the same thing all the time.
