Still reeling from the news I got Friday & still trying to figure out how I'm going to deal with it. Yesterday I fell off the meal plan & had lots of chocolate, typical. It will be a great victory when I manage to NOT turn to food in times of emotional turmoil. Today I'm trying to do better, even though I've already gone over on calories for breakfast. I'll just have to cut calories elsewhere during the day, but if I end up over by 100 calories or so, well so be it. I'm going to get the exercise I didn't get yesterday, and also do the writing that I didn't do yesterday. And the water - can't forget the water. Today it's a stormy Monday, & there's nothing I'd like better than to spend the day listening to some good Jazz & drinking coffee. I just finished the 2nd book for my challenge & have then next 3 lined up. BUT I must get that exercise in before I go to work, that's a MUST! Leftover chicken for lunch & probably a sandwich at work, that's the plan at least. Have a great week, everybody!
