Yesterday, snacking was out of control. Used ten flex points. so I have 25 left for the week. This is the week I stick to dieting. Yay.

Try to snack on fruits... :) doesn't it sound funny? I buy 100 kcal carrot cakes or stuff like that so I do have snacks but under control! You can try that too, the only bad thing is that the portions of 100 kcal of anything are so tiny! Good luck! ;)
