Yum! That was absolutely delish, who knew that eating healthier could be this tasty.
Chicken mince, red pepper, tomato, onion, mushroom and garlic, fried together in a little coconut oil, paired with fat free smooth cottage cheese wrapped in a lettuce leaf.
