I keep forgetting to weigh myself in the mornings, I'm usually in such a rush to get ready for whatever I'm doing. Maybe one day I'll remember 😉

I ran a 10k race this morning, and reached my goal! I'm pretty happy about it, my foot is only slightly sore. It's hard not to feel kind of frustrated, because pre-injury, the pace I just died at in the 10k was the same pace I did in a half last year. I'll get back there eventually!

I’m glad you’re starting to feel better and met your mini goal. I’m sure you’re still quite fast compared to many of us and will get back to your preferred speed soon enough
