Finally, the ice is broken!
I exercised yesterday for 40mins... and figured out how little I was able to do comparing to before... wow... I really need to take this seriously and do it daily.. it's sad how fast we can degrade and how much it takes to get up there and become good!

My weight dropped by 0.5 lbs today, it's a good sign but not the biggest excitement. I still need to lose the 3 lbs by Sept. 1st, I am determined to do so!!!

Having my apple now... trying to get in the good carbs and to eat as good as possible on top of eating less!

Tonight might be a night out with girls, will see how that goes, I don't expect to drink too much since I work the next day and I need to ensure I don't over do it with the calories!

you're doing good! the most important was to go back to exercise. Now, piece of cake to lose these 3 lbs, you'll be there in no time. Congratulations! Did you change anything to your routine? or did you go back to your usual workout? I tried this new DVD and actually I realized it was the only way to go back to exercise, by doing something new. let's give us little time to go back in shape, and let's start a challenge! have a good day!

Hey Anne, I did some different things in my exercising... I wanted to do the same so I wrote down on a paper my usual exercises and wanted to write down the reps... but I couldn't... I threw the paper away. I did the first step; 40 mins exercising... some things I did differently and some things remained. I did need to change it a bit! I joined a boring challenge that I will end up leaving... and in September we should start a new one?? Let me know! How is your exercising going, besides the DVD, what'S new?

well, beside this kickboxing DVD, which is good... gardenning, sorting, fixing, walking... farmworking! Actually a lot of walking these days. I definitely think we should start something new. september is coming soon, but it leaves us time to get ready. let's keep in touch about it.
