Fat free plain yoghurt that I sweeten myself with a half a canderal stick, half a packet of Mini tennis buscuits (or nuttikrust, they are so yum with yoghurt and very low cal), Strawberries and then milk chocolate wonder bar - one of the lowest cal chocolates 😊
