Ate less than my RDI yesterday. By the time I got home from choir practice, I just ate a small pizza slice and a PB&J sandwich on diet bread. Hubs was at from from 7am-9:30pm and I was asleep when he rolled in after 10 last night. He is a workaholic and I am concerned about it. At least he came home. He has tunnel vision and I think he doesn't see life away from work as important.
