I can already tell I'm getting stronger. The Nerd Fitness Beginner Body Weight Workout is doing the following exercises as a circuit three times through:
20 body weight squats 10 push ups* *I do modified push ups, with my knees on the ground 20 walking lunges 10 dumbbell rows (using a gallon milk jug*) *I use a full paint can 15 second plank 30 Jumping Jacks
When I started, I could only barely do one circuit. The next time, I had to quit on the lunges because I was risking injury to my quads.
Today, I went through the circuit, and then completed a second circuit with half squats and lunges.
PROGRESS. QUANTIFIABLE PROGRESS.
Screw the scale today. I feel like a B.A.
