So proud of myself! I didn't have any french fries with my chicken tikka supper :D Ate albany superior bread after such a long time! Still under my RDI so hopefully the bread won't be too much of an issue.

Thanks Snezica :) LowCarb yup I felt satisfied and afterwards I questioned why did I even eat the 4 slices of bread today. lol
