237.6 lb Lost so far: 93.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

No cause for alarm in this gain. It's reflecting some noise from last week with a low weigh-in while dehydrated. I am confident that next week will confirm an average loss over the fortnight. Still sticking to the meal plan six days out of seven and seeking an average loss of 1.25 pounds per week. Steady as she goes. Joined a nice gym in the new city where I'm working. Thursday morning last week went in and did upper body strength training with free weights for the first time in a while. Looking forward to getting a new program going using either Greyskull LP or 5/3/1 for upper body. It worked well for me in the past. Any folks out there with success on those programs , would love to hear your story.
