I'm really proud of myself. I've been counting calories religously and having great results. What I love the most is that I eat what I want but in moderation and mindfully, which is the most successful way I have found to lose weight. The exercise helps me reduce stress which also helps me control what goes in my mouth not to mention it is therapy...my walking group is awesome. Love you ladies!!!!
