Todays weight gain is driving me nuts I have been minimal on eating and working out harder than ever. Running every day and adding spin and zumba.I haven't been doing my short strength workout like regularly but I have been doing some dvd workouts.urgh. I know I have to go back to salads but honestly I am getting so tired of them yes I have tried variety. I have a smoothie on most days which is new for me. The frozen banana a thing of genius.
