What's the average carb intake??? I feel like mine is too high but I don't even eat all that much bread, rice or pasta. Anyone know or have an idea?

I don't :( I'm thinking mine is too high also but since I just started I'm not going to cut my carbs too much. If I see that I'm not losing anything then I will try to adjust.

I know what you mean. I honestly don't think that I am eating "bad" carbs. For example, my banana that i have for a snack is like 20 carbs or something like that! By the end of the day, I just feel like the number of total carbs is so high. I'm just wondering if it's TOO high...

the fruit, the breads, the sauces, it's all REALLY high carb and TONS of sugar. I don't know what you were looking to aim for as far as carbs go, but just as an example, my entire daily intake of carbs is 20.

sorry, I hit the post button before I meant to. 12-15 grams of those carbs are from vegetables

hmm...well I just can't be on a strict diet. I always fall off way too hard and just start binging. I need to just make sure that what I do eat is good for me. @Schmorg, I will take a look at your food diary and see if i can get any ideas on what to do as far as my carb intake. I'm so busy making sure that I don't go over my calories that I forget all about my carb intake! Thanks you guys!
