I am exhausted... :-P
I woke up at 4 this morning and could not fall back to sleep. 4 cups of coffee later I have yet to feel its effects. LOL :D Anyhew, I am back to the gym today and really hoping that I get a burst of energy. I am just tuckered out. Nonetheless, my diet today is going well keeping it low cal and low carb.
