Focusing on only eating when I’m hungry. I feel like that is what got me into this mess in the first place!
138.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I try to do that but I am probably hungry way too often. Most likely triggers.
