I did a very poor job with my choice of foods yesterday so now I have to really try hard to stay on track other wise my weight is going to go up. I have already walked my dogs and now I am off to the gym for 1hr zumba & 1hr yoga. Gave a great day everyone.

Thank's jmb and Kaffy I needed that to put me in the right direction and it worked I feel alot better and I ate so much better today, didn't stray at all. :)Have a good evening. :)
