I've basically given up with my diet. I do watch what I eat and how much I exercise, but it is evident that I am not doing enough exercises. My son has flattened my bike tyre, so cycling is out. I used to cycle at the slightest opportunity. Well that wont happen now for a couple of weeks. 4-6 weeks ago, it was my sportcentre membership which expired, and now this. I took up swimming, in response to my gym expiration. Now after the bike disposal, there is nothing.
However, as I am now annoyed at this progression, I have decided to step up the fitness regime and enquire at my local private gym for a consultation to enquire about a limited three month trial to use their facilities ie gym and swimming pool, at last 3-4 times a week. Weight training is also sought for and maybe a tutor for swimming to make sure I am swimming okay. I always wonder if I am breathing correctly in swimming. I tend to hold my breath for a long period of time until it is necessary to gasp for more air. If the price is £50.00 per month, well get your moneys worth and enquire tuition. I'm quite familliar with sport tactics, but a refresher would be ideal.
