IT is so freeing to walk away from the scale and no longer care what that number says. I am building my form with weights, and feeling stronger and the skin is getting firm again.. So much more pleasing to see those results then any number on the scale for me at least. The scale had its place during my journey but I have now taken a fork in the road that lead to a really great place.. "love of my body" I tell my self everyday now.. "this Is my body, there is no other just like it, there for it is beautiful even with some imperfections " My new motto sure helps me start my day off on the right foot! :)
