Dang peanuts! They were in the house, so...I ate 'em! In my defense, if there ever was any, I got some relaxer in my left eye when I was relaxing my daughter's hair yesterday that I just rinsed out and kept going. Well, when I woke up this morning, I couldn't open my eye and my husband (I've still gotta get used to saying that!) Had to rush me to the emergency room. It appears that I was supposed to rinse for a MINIMUM of 15 minutes, and because I didn't, I basically burned my eyeball! I passed the eye exam perfectly, so my vision's not impaired, but my eye hurts like the dickens, and I spend the entire day in bed with an ice pack over my left eye, watching movies (and eating peanuts! LOL). BTW, I could watch Steel Magnolias a hundred million times and still laugh and cry at the same time. It's one of those movies that leave you with a sore throat, because you start crying, but then start laughing without "finishing" the cry. At any rate, I made the family pork fried rice, and I didn't even TASTE it. I had a bowl of cereal, so now I'm gonna pop a coupla Unisom sleepgels and go back to bed. Tomorrow's the first day of school, and I've got a lot to do in the morning.
