So having not been at home over the last week I had resigned myself to probably putting on weight as I couldn't control my diet as well and I was OK with that, I had bacon, sausages, cheesecake, after eight mints and a regular coke (even though I asked for diet) and I still lost 4.4lbs! I must point out that that wasn't all one meal. I quickly figured out that the scales at my parents' weren't as accurate as my one at home so I had no idea what my weight was going to be so it was a lovely surprise. After 4 weeks I have 1.4lbs to go until my target weight and I can't actually believe it. I may keep going until I'm 195lbs just so I can see the scales measure me in the 13st region and then I'm having a massive treat!
