It has been super hard to get back into the swing of things since the first of the year. I think I just got tired ... tired of counting calories, tired of making sure I was drinking enough water ... just tired. Fortunately I have managed to maintain my weight, which tells me that the work I've put in the past 12 months to change my lifestyle has worked - I have changed it. I lost over 40 lbs and I'm back into a lot of my clothes, which is awesome. But I have 15 more to go and I'm just struggling with getting back into my exercise routine. BUT ... today is a new day, I'm back with my FS pals and it's time to get off my butt and get this done!!

Good work keeping weight off - I lost a chunk a couple years ago and then kind of hung out there for a while - now, I am working to get the rest of it off, too!

maintaining is a huge victory, savor it! Now time for a new goal :)
