I have been in the hospital last week and unfortunately, have gained 9 lbs...I'm very discouraged at this...but I know what I need to do and am going to do it. I'd really appreciate some support...

hi, i've been on holiday for a week and gained too. Feel as if whats the point in carrying on. Am persevering and weighing myself at the end of the week. Bit of good luck for both of us eh!! keep going x

Hey, don't give up.Think back on how good you felt when you lost the weight in the beginning. You can do it!
