Went to see my pcp today, and he was very pleased with my progress. I lost 6lbs in a month. When I say it out loud it doesn't seem like much, but on average 1 lb a week is considered the norm so I'm pleased with my progress too. I started at 193 in Feb and weighed in at the docs office today at 174.9
