staying the same weight... but noticing new muscle and increased tone. If i stick to the carb cycling religously hopefully I will see better results. more motivated now that ever to shape my body and build strenghth. Today I lifted 90lbs on the lat pull down. Wow! soon I hope to be able to lift my own weight. My trainer jokes that if i lose weight I would find it easier :P LOL
