After my granddaughter’s softball game, I was hungry for a snack! 3oz 93/7 ground turkey, 138g egg whites, and PF Changs Korean hot sauce. Keepin’ it simple! :)

Stormygirl6 i use to eat ground turkey all the time and I loved it , but my doctor took me off ground Turkey, I thought it was much healthier than ground chuck. I don't understand that one.

Buenitabishop…hmmm that’s interesting that your Dr did that. Did he/she say why? I usually buy the 97/3 ground turkey but get tired of the dryness of it so I alternate between that and 93/7 for added fat and flavor. I also eat Turkey cutlets.

I had to read your remarks "twice". I thought it said "138 egg whites", not "138 g". My first reaction was,...surely she did not crack and separate 138 egg whites. :) Anyway, it looks good !!

@Buenitabiship…I’m not a Dr, but in my opinion, ground meat can be an excellent source of a complete protein and fat.
