I survived my 1st week of Atkins, including my 1st weekend without any cheating. I'm so proud of myself!! It was the first Monday I've weighed without any extra "weekend pounds". I'm so proud! :D

I am needing some variety and its real hard to change up meats when it seems you can't use marinades and I'm limited on which veggies I can eat, but I'm managing. I really think this is the plan for me. Its got me motivated to start working out harder and everything. I cannot wait to see the changes in myself
