best guessing on dinner tonight. I sauteed some fresh green beans along with white rice, soy sauce and 3 eggs in a giant skillet. It was enough to serve the entire family with leftovers, and honestly I forgot to measure how much I ate. I kind of guessed because I had a HUGE plate of it. Unfortunately it sat like a rock. I suppose I'm not used to the richness of the food. Filled me up completely though, so that is a good thing :D AND Ohmygosh I got hurt tonight while exercising! I went to a spinning class for the first time, and she had us stand up on the bike. I Fell off :P Tore the back of my left leg up and sprained my left ankle. Serves me right I guess, my ankle on my right side is still weak from being broken a few months back :P Thankfully Yoga is a lot less stressful, looking forward to that tomorrow, and to water aerobics on Saturday AM if I can drag myself out of bed by the time class starts at 8.

Rice is heavy and the soy sauce has high sodium - drink water and it may relieve "the rock" feeling!

Thanks HCB :) Had a LOAD more water last night, and spinning class helped, although I doubt me *EVER* doing a spinning class again! OHH my aching posterior!
